About Us
Aylesbury Cycling Club was established over 50 years ago as a community group. Thanks to our volunteers, it continues to welcome members who wish to join regular group rides, build their fitness, feel safer on the roads and meet other cycling enthusiasts.

We are a British Cycling Affiliated Club, and our membership is managed through the British Cycling website.
Our annual membership fees offer great value, with all money spent on club events.
We have a club kit, which is optional for riders. All new members receive a discount on their first jersey purchase. Find out more on our Membership page.
Our Volunteer Committee
Ben Davies – Chair & Membership Secretary
Richard Jennings – Treasurer and Ride Planner
Leon Kelly – Club Secretary and Welfare Officer
We would be delighted to hear from you if you have an interest in joining our committee!
Women Members
We have more male than female members, but we are working to make the club more inviting to women. How can we encourage more women to join? We’d be keen to support you in putting ideas into action.

A Personal Testimony from Member Kaye Deal
I found the prospect of joining a Cycling Club quite daunting, thinking there may be an expectation to race or cycle at a breakneck speed for hours. This is not the case. I have been with the club for a while now and absolutely love it.
I feel safer riding in a group; it’s very social, and I never have to worry about getting lost. Never once have I been left behind. ‘No Drop’ rides mean the group will always wait for anyone who falls behind. Our 40 group is perfect for those with a good base level of cycling fitness, with faster groups for the more experienced. There is always a coffee stop to refuel.
If you have an interest in riding with a club, please get in touch. I would be happy to talk through Club Cycling or meet for a ride. The club would love to increase the number of female members and is actively supportive of women in cycling.
